OUR STORY IS SIMPLE

 For three-generations consistency has been key, so our recipe never changes, and hasn't for 80+ years. The secret? Only lean pork shoulder and a master ratio of five kitchen spices. The spice in each bite tells you its distinctly Calabrian, a nod to the Taverrite origins in Calabria (the 'Toe of the Boot' region in Italy). Taverrite's will change the way you think about sausage with our small batch production, big flavor profile, and healthy recognizable ingredients and always served with integrity.
