For three-generations consistency has been key, so our recipe never changes, and hasn't for 80+ years. The secret? Only lean pork shoulder and a master ratio of five kitchen spices. The spice in each bite tells you its distinctly Calabrian, a nod to the Taverrite origins in Calabria (the 'Toe of the Boot' region in Italy).
