A crowd pleasing combination of Portobello mushroom and garlic has the entire family rethinking what their favorite sausage is. Whole chunks of Portobello mushrooms with roasted garlic and a few other family secret spices has our new sausage item quickly rising in the ranks of "Favorite". We are exploring many uses for the incredibly full flavored sausage. Greg's favorite is to slice them at a bias and add to risotto, topped with parmesan cheese and washed down with a pinot noir.
Sticking to our goal of simple, clean recognizable ingredients, this roasted Portobello mushroom garlic sausages makes a fantastic addition to the Taverrite's Make It Italian Family. Enjoy:)!
